Made me wonder why I have some faith in humanity. Thank God for Jezebel putting the burner (or the scumbag that started this tirade) on blast, though.

I read the burner's post 3 times and I still don't get what their deal was. Why would you purposely want to sit next to some stranger when you could just not? I spent my fair share of years in the backend of a restaurant and have some opinions on the tipping culture in America but what the fuck.

You should read their site more often, man I can read behind closed ovens all day.
Makes you sincerely hate people.
This is why when I get a really kickass server I call over the manager to applaud them and I always tip well, mainly to make up for some of these people who genuinely suck

Not reading. 99% of these 'shit written on receipts' things are fakes. I'm done with that crap.
But yes, be a decent person and tip your servers and anyone else in the tip economy.

I tip 25-30% no matter what. These people work their butts off all day and deserve to get paid and be paid well. So they messed up? Their rent and meals shouldn't be left up to me over a small screwup.
